Foot Valve / Strainer – To improve priming and minimize debris entering the pump, it is recommended that a foot valve/strainer be used with the system. A Foot valve is provided with the pump. Additional foot valve and strainer options are available.
Injector – An injector is provided with the pump for injecting into piping and vessels. It can also be used to prevent siphoning when pumping downhill. A standard injector is provided with the pump. Additional injector options are available.
Tubing – A 5’ length of clear PVC suction tubing and PE discharge tubing are provided with the pump. Additional tubing options and lengths are available.
Wall Mount Bracket (Shelf) – Blue-White offers a sturdy polyethylene Wall Mount Bracket for easy mounting on a shelf.
Tanks – Blue-White has a variety of tank systems and cylindrical tanks available.
Additional piping accessories– Blue-White can provide additional items for your system including pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure relief valves, calibration columns, back-pressure valves, pulsation dampeners, and strainers.

CD1 Accessories and Spare Parts
- The standard check balls in pump head are ceramic. Are there any other options? How do I install the new set?
There are two optional ball materials available for the CD1 and MD1 pump head valves. The standard ball material is made of ceramic. Balls made from PTFE material is optional.
Each of the two pump heads contain two cartridge-stye ball valves called “bullet” valves – one on the suction side of each pump head and one on the discharge side – a total of 4 cartridges per pump.
Each cartridge valve assembly (Bullet) contains two check balls.
Bullet cartridge valve assemblies are sold in a kit of 4 cartridges.
Bullet cartridge valve kits with Ceramic balls are part number K-568A-4.
Bullet cartridge valve kits with PTFE balls are part number K-568V-4-T.
DiaFlex Diaphragms are covered in warranty for life of pump. How do I file a claim?To file a claim for DiaFlex Diaphragms, contact our customer service department with the following information: Pump model, pump serial number, proof-of-purchase or source of purchase, chemical being used, system pressure, contact information and shipping address.
Why would I choose Aflas instead of EP? Can i use Viton?I have a client looking for a CD1 parts kit. Do we have? It’s a muni application, so MD1 parts would work too correct?The MD1 pump and CD1 pump use the same wetted parts.
