Description
The A-100NVP FLEXFLO Peristaltic Metering Pump is a positive displacement chemical metering pump that delivers smooth, continuous chemical feed. It is specifically designed for use with Polymers. The peristaltic technology is a near-continuous flow that delivers consistent precise flow without the need for check valves.
Flow adjustment on the A-100NVP Peristaltic Pump is simple and directly related to the motor speed. There are no stroke and spring adjustments needed to achieve precise flow across the entire flow range of the pump. There are no valves that can clog or require maintenance.
Maintenance of the A-100NVP Peristaltic is easy, requiring only simple tube changes. Tube changes only take a few minutes.
The A-100NVP Peristaltic Pump is supplied with Flex-A-Thane® tubing for optimum chemical resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
A-100NVP Introduction
- What’s the difference between the A-100NV and the A-100NVP?
The A-100NVP is similar to the A-100NV except it is designed and configured to be used specifically with polymers. The A-100NVP uses Flex-A-Thane tubes and includes the TFD+ leak detection system which will sense polymer.
What is TFD+?TFD+ is an acronym meaning Tube Failure Detection. The plus (+) indicates that the sensor will detect the same chemicals as our standard TFD sensor detects, with the addition of oil based chemicals, like fuels and oil based polymers. The TFD+ is an optical refraction leak sensor that uses an infrared LED and a phototransistor to detect the presence of fluid at the sensor. When fluid is present at the sensor, the refraction of light at the lens changes, which reduces the amplitude of light reaching the phototransistor. Optical leak detectors use infrared photo-refractor principle based on light refraction. These sensors are designed for safety and reliability and have watertight IP67 construction
