What is suction lift of pump?Maximum suction lift is 10 feet of water. High viscosity fluids such as soap solutions may require shorter suction lift.
Will the max feed rate change when pumping into pressure?Yes, the max feed rate will be reduced when pumping into pressure. The published max feed rate values are based on pumping water into open atmosphere with a 3 foot suction and delivery tube length. A volumetric test is suggested to determine the new max feed rate value under the specific installation conditions.
