Description
The CD3S Chem-Feed Multi-Diaphragm Pump is a positive displacement chemical metering pump that delivers smooth, continuous chemical feed even when injecting chemicals that off-gas like Peracetic Acid and Sodium Hypochlorite.
The cutting-edge Hyperdrive Technology allows for alternating pumping action between two diaphragms: when one diaphragm is in the suction phase, the other is in the discharge, resulting in a smooth chemical feed profile and minimizing the risk of vapor lock.
The CD3S uses either DiaFlex® or Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms. DiaFlex® diaphragms are guaranteed to last the life of the pump.

Applications
The CD3S pump is designed to provide smooth chemical feed for a variety of chemicals and processes. It can reliably pump chemicals that off-gas such as sodium hypochlorite, peroxide, ammonia, and PAA (peracetic acid), as well as many other chemicals.
The smooth flow profile and full diaphragm stroke allow the CD3S to effectively pass gasses without vapor-locking, minimizing the need for re-priming.
The CD3S pump is constructed of chemical-resistant materials, making it an excellent choice for aggressive acids and mixed or proprietary chemicals.
