Description
The F-1000 is a paddlewheel flowmeter that accurately measures water flow through existing piping systems. The F-1000 uses a paddlewheel technology to measure flow rates. It is plumbed into the water lines and provides real-time measurement of flow and totalization (resettable.) It does not have any output analog and digital outputs.
The F-1000 is a plug-and-play flow meter that works out of the box. It requires no programming and provides a simple digital readout of flow and flow totals. The F-1000 mounts directly to pipe and the display is local only. No remote mounting of readout is available (see F-2000 for remote mounting and signal output options.)
The F-1000 comes in 3 models.
F-1000-RB is a rate meter – designed to measure and display the rate of flow.
F-1000-TB is a totalizer meter – designed to measure and display the total flow.
F-1000-RT is a rate/totalizer meter – designed to measure and display both the rate
of flow and the total flow.

Applications
The F-1000 is designed to read flows in full water lines. It can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipes. See the installation section for the best recommendations for flowmeter location.
The F-1000 should not be used where there is heavy particulate, stringy material, or large debris in the water lines.
