Hello, and Happy New Year! I want to take a moment to highlight some of our significant achievements for 2023. First, let’s talk about the new products we launched. We introduced eight new products this year.
In February, we launched the M5 peristaltic metering pump for Municipal Water and Wastewater treatment. Additionally, we introduced the A5 peristaltic metering pump for industrial applications. In April, we upgraded our one series pumps by adding 4 to 20 milliamp output capabilities.
Moving on to June, we launched the CO2 feeder, which manages pH levels in water safely by using CO2 instead of liquid chemicals. Also in June, we introduced a converter box that takes existing conduit wire and converts it over to M12 cable wiring. This allows for the simple installation of our S Series peristaltic metering pumps and diaphragm metering pumps. In July, we launched the ADVV automatic degassing valve system for the cd1 and md1 metering pumps. The ADV system is our next step in vapor lock prevention.
In September, we launched the three series roller assembly for the A3 and M3 peristaltic metering pump. This new roller assembly design allows for a simple tube change without the need for a tool. The modular design also allows for each roller to be replaced when needed, saving you time and money. Lastly, in November, we launched the redesigned CD3S and MD3S, our smart version of multi-diaphragm metering pumps. This new design incorporates a 5-inch beautiful touchscreen display, the blue whale operating system, and new communication protocols from our existing S Series chemical metering pumps. We have Legacy connections like 4 to 20 milliamp output input and newer communication protocols like industrial Ethernet and Profibus.
Now, let’s talk about a few other achievements. We launched the Blue White Direct video series, exclusively broadcasted to our Channel Partners, keeping them up to date on everything happening around Blue White. We also introduced the new Blue White Portal, your all-in-one resource for everything Blue White. The Help Center, a self-service resource, features support articles, training videos, help topics, and best practices on our products. It also includes our exclusive AI assistant Oswald AI to assist you with any questions. We published over 40 videos on our YouTube channel.
Finally, I’d like to mention that we’ve added an incredible number of team members to Blue White over the last year to help us design amazing new products. To support our growth, we’ve built an entirely new office space for our customer service and tech support team. It’s beautiful, and we love helping customers. We are passionate about creating a bigger and better future in chemical pumps and fluid measurement. We had such an exciting year in 2023, and these were just some of the highlights.
