Blue-White’s Rapid Response and Exceptional Service Resolve Pump Failures
Blue-White’s rapid response resolved multiple pump failures for a Southern California water treatment plant, with their team on-site by Monday morning to install and set up 28 FLEXFLO® Chemical Feed Pumps.
An Amazing Display of Customer Support & Service. A So Cal WTP has been experiencing multiple chemical feed pump failures, ongoing issues, and a lack of support from the original supplier of the pumps. It was time for a change, and the customer turned to Blue-White® for a solution. An order was placed on Friday, and to their amazement, by Monday morning, the Blue-White team was on-site & ready to help with the installation and setup of all 28 FLEXFLO® Chemical Feed Pumps. Kudos to Blue-White Team Members Nick Anderson, Hipolito Javier Camacho, Rich Hopkins, and Igor Tsipkis.
