Common Issues
Air is entering the pump. Check suction lines to make sure all connections are tight. Check the level of the chemical tank. Remove obstructions and clean strainers.
The pump is not accurate. Check and clean the ball checks. Clean the strainer and check for obstructions in suction lines, discharge lines, and injectors. Check discharge and ensure some back pressure is present.
The solution is leaking from the top or bottom fittings/connectors. Check to ensure o-rings are present and seated correctly. Replace O-rings as necessary. Check tubing connections and tighten them as necessary. Check to make sure all checks are correctly installed.
Electricals
The C-600P will not power up. Check the power source or try a different power source. Check to ensure the power cable is properly inserted in the bottom receptacle of the pump. Check that motor wires are connected properly.

C-600P Troubleshooting
- The helical gear in gearbox is stripped. What causes this?
Excessive pressure above the rated value will usually cause the helical gear to strip . This gear can be replaced. When pump is subjected to excessive pressure, the helical will strip which helps prevent additional damage to pump motor & gears.
Chemical is siphoning through pump. How do I fix this?Install a properly sized anti-syphon valve. Blue-White’s injectin fittings contain a spring loaded check valve that can help resist syphoning by increase pressure in the discharge line. To resist syphoning, install an injection fitting with higher tension spring.
