Description
The CHEM-FEED® C2 Diaphragm Pump is a positive displacement chemical metering pump that delivers reliable chemical feed.
The C2 diaphragm pump features a motor-driven diaphragm with full stroke length for consistent flow.
The C2 uses either DiaFlex® or Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms. DiaFlex® diaphragms are guaranteed to last the life of the pump.

- The C2 pump can deliver up to 16.5 GPH (62.5 LPH) at 100% motor speed.
- Up to 175 psi. (See pump curves for exact pressure requirements at specific flow rates)
- Brushed DC Motor capable of 100:1 turndown.
- 5-button LCD Display.
- C2 pump is available with “F” control option, or “V” control option. “V” control includes remote speed control options.
- Manual Speed Control.
- Remote Start/Stop.
- 4-20mA input. Fully scalable at the pump. (“V” model only)
- Pulse and Frequency input speed control. (“V” model only)
- One Alarm Output. (FVS or DFD)
- Integral DFD (Diaphragm Failure Detection) leak detection.

Applications
The C2 pump is designed to provide smooth chemical feed for various chemicals and processes. It can reliably pump aggressive acids, caustics, fertilizers, soaps, and a variety of other chemicals.
The smooth flow profile and full diaphragm stroke allow the C2 to minimize vapor lock and the need for re-priming.
The C2 pump is constructed of chemical-resistant materials, making it an excellent choice for aggressive acids and mixed or proprietary chemicals.
