About the MD3S Pump
The MD3S Pump is designed to be simple and easy to operate. The pump comes with pre-installed and tested firmware. If firmware has not been updated recently, firmware for this pump may need to be updated. Check Blue-Central for latest firmware.
Firmware Updates
A Firmware Update may be required periodically to ensure the MD3S has the latest updates. To check for firmware updates, visit the Blue-White website product page and check firmware documentation. Firmware instructional video is located on the website.
Firmware updates required a USB-A to USB-C cable to connect a laptop/PC to the pump. Do not use a USB-C to USB-C cable. If laptop/PC only has USB-C port, a USB-A to USB-C adapter must be used.
System Information
All MD3S pump system information can be accessed by pressing the App key, and then pressing the System Information key.

- Manufactured Date & Time
- Serial Number
- Model
- I/O Firmware Version
- Motor Firmware Version
