Returns and Refunds
Any merchandise being returned to the factory must have a Returned Goods Authorization number regardless of the reason for the return. Contact our in-house sales staff for an RGA number. Blue-White does not permit the return of products because of overstock, discontinued products, etc.
For additional assistance, call (714) 893-8529, and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to recommend alternate return options that may be available. Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process the return or refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call. After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, with the original receipt.
Blue-White will repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price.
Products must be in like-new condition to receive a refund.
Note: All returns are subject to a re-stock charge.
If you are returning merchandise in new, unused condition, contact us within 30 days from receipt. Contact us at (714) 893-8529. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. Please report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery.
Prepay all shipping costs to Blue-White. COD shipments will not be accepted. Warranty service must be performed by the factory or an authorized service center. Damage caused by improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender. When In-Warranty repair or replacement is completed, the factory pays for return shipping to the dealer or customer.
Under no circumstance will the factory consider the return of products over six months old from the date of original factory shipment.
